Danielle Federico is one of the best realtor I use. I was able to get my new home because of her. She's extremely knowledgeable in the realtor field and is able to point out the wrongs of the property we are viewing. She always had my best interest anytime we went to look at a property. I have a heavy background in construction so I saw all the problems as soon as I walked in and I would be amazed that she picked up on these problems instantly. Which is very good for someone that's looking to purchase a home and does not know much about construction and cost. I would normally schedule 7-10 property visits Saturday or Sunday since I was coming from another state and she would have everything lined up in order so we don't have to waste time driving back and forth all over Jersey. She also made sure she was available to go with us to all walk-through and if she couldn't make it, she made sure she had someone filling in her space. She kept giving me daily updates anytime I put in an offer. Made sure I had all the information I could possible ask for. Before I would ask a question to follow up on anything. I would open my messages and see that she already followed up and send me the response. She's always on top of everything, stuff that I was aware of and other things I didn't even know I should be aware of. Danielle really made me and my partner buying experience worth it. She does her due diligence, crosses her t's and dots her i's. I will 100% be using Danielle in the future and she will be highly recommended to anyone I know looking to buy or sell. She's very easy to talk and communicate with on and off typical work hours she would always reply quickly. Ican reach out to her after work hours to set up house appointments, or ask questions and she replies right away, this is very helpful and needed if you're a person that works during the day and cannot be on there phone at work. Other experiences I've had with realtors is that they reply only during "working hours" which I couldn't have done and the simple questions I needed answers took 2-3days to get. So it's a huge plus to have someone who is able to work around the clock with you. 10/10 One of the best realtors there is in NJ.
